Concentration dependence of oxidative deamination of kynuramine by MAO-A (a) or MAO-B (b). Kynuramine was incubated with MAO-A (a) or MAO-B (b) (0.01mg/ml) for 15 minutes. The formation of 4-hydroxyquinoline (mean ± SD) was determined in three experiments in triplicate; a representative experiment is shown.
