Health Care Professionals’ Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting and Associated Factors at Selected Public Hospitals in Northeast Ethiopia: A Cross-Sectional Study

<div>Overall practice of HCPs on ADR reporting in selected public hospitals, Northeast Ethiopia, May 2019. Out of 114 HCPs, only 17 (14.91%) participants had documented and reported encountered ADRs. However, 97 (85.09%) participants did not encounter, document, and/or report ADRs.</div>
