CD spectrum of BglA in 20 mM Tris-buffer (pH 7.0). The CD spectrum was measured from 186 to 280 nm in a 1 mm pathlength quartz cell with a step size and bandwidth of 1 nm each. The concentration of BglA was 100 μg/ml.
