<div>In vitro stability of bivalent rBCG construct. rBCG-S1i and rBCG-S1+S1i were serially passaged in MB7H10 plates with and without kanamycin and the percentage of CFU retaining kanamycin resistance (Kan R+) was determined according to CFU quantification.</div>
