Effect of TRPC3 inhibition on cytoplasmic and mitochondrial Ca²⁺ homeostasis in human fibroblasts. SOCE was measured with thapsigargin (TG), and (a–d) [Ca²⁺]_cyt and (e–h) [Ca²⁺]_mito were quantified in human primary-cultured fibroblasts under control conditions or under TGFβ1 (10 ng/mL) treatment for 12 h (a, b, e, f) or 24 h (c, d, g, h). TG (1 μmol/L) was added after preincubation with Pyr3 (10 μmol/L).
