Allelic frequencies were compared by the Chi-squared test (2 2 contingency table, df = 1). Association between SNPs and HAH under different models was detected by using binary logistic regression. aAdjusted for age, height, weight, BMI, smoking and drinking status, HR, SpO2, SBP, and DBP. indicated statistical significance. HAH+, subjects with HAH; HAH−, subjects without HAH. OR, odds ratio; 95% CI, 95% confidence interval; SNP, single nucleotide polymorphism; HAH, high-altitude headache; BMI, body mass index; HR, heart rate; SpO2, pulse oxygen saturation; SBP, systolic blood pressure; DBP, diastolic blood pressure. |
