Expression levels of PAQR genes in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis. Total RNA was extracted from each tissue biopsy, and RT-qPCR was performed to evaluate the relative expression of (a) PAQR7, (b) PAQR8, (c) PAQR5, and (d) PAQR6 genes, which was calculated by the ΔΔCt method. Data were normalized using 18S transcript as a constitutive gene expression control.
