Expression of Membrane Progesterone Receptors in Eutopic and Ectopic Endometrium of Women with Endometriosis

<div>Protein content of mPRs in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis. Tissue biopsies were lysed, and proteins (50 <i>μ</i>g) were separated by electrophoresis on 12% SDS-PAGE. Gels were transferred to PVDF membranes and then incubated with antibodies against mPR<i>α</i>, mPR<i>β</i>, mPR<i>δ</i>, or <i>γ</i>-tubulin (used for normalization).
