Silencing of ELK3 Induces S-M Phase Arrest and Apoptosis and Upregulates SERPINE1 Expression Reducing Migration in Prostate Cancer Cells

<div>ELK3 knockdown results in S-M phase arrest and promotes cell apoptosis. (a) 72 h after transfection, the effect of ELK3 knockdown on cell cycle of DU145 cells was examined by flow cytometry.
