Confirmation of DENV colocalized with transfected C189 in C6/36 cells. In DENV2-infected C6/36 cells transfected with eGFP-tagged expressing vector containing the C189 insert, E protein was observed to colocalize with overexpressed C189 as shown in the merged image at 24 h postinfection.
