Inhibition of eIF2<i>α</i> Dephosphorylation Protects Hepatocytes from Apoptosis by Alleviating ER Stress in Acute Liver Injury

<div>Inhibition of eIF2<i>α</i> dephosphorylation mitigates ER stress in response to CCl<sub>4</sub> injury. (a) Levels of intrahepatic ATF6, XBP1s, and CHOP in control, salubrinal, ISRIB, PBA, and CCl<sub>4</sub> groups.
