ARG regulated the AKT/mTOR protein pathway. (a) U87MG and T98G glioma cells were treated with different concentrations of ARG for 48 h, and then the protein expression levels of AKT, mTOR, and phosphorylated AKT and phosphorylated mTOR continued to be analyzed; β-actin was used as a housekeeping protein.
