Effect of BMPER siRNA transfection on MAPK and autophagy-related signaling pathways in CAOV3 and OVCAR3 cells. The levels of the MAPK signaling pathway molecules ERK, p-ERK, MEK, and p-MEK and the autophagy-related pathway molecules mTOR, p-mTOR, Beclin 1, and LC3 were detected by Western blot after transfection. GAPDH was used as the internal standard. Inhibition of BMPER reduced the phosphorylation of MAPK signaling pathway-associated proteins (p-ERK, p-MEK) (a), but promoted the expression of autophagy-related signaling pathway molecules (b). , .
