After treatment (b), the same main vessels appear to return with increased flow and decreased branch density (vessels in red). Some main branches are less affected by the treatment (vessels in black). After several anti-VEGF treatments, the CNV shows fewer complex features. This morphological pattern corresponds to the “maturation pattern” of treatment (c).
