ICA attenuated the LBP by suppressing the expression of CINC-1. (a) A comparison between ICA and reparixin (the inhibitor of the CINC-1 receptor) suggested that inhibition of the production of CINC-1 was the key mechanism to attenuate discogenic LBP.
