Schisandra Inhibit Bleomycin-Induced Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in Rats via Suppressing M2 Macrophage Polarization

Figure 4

Schisandra inhibited the polarization of AM to M2 subtype in vitro. The anti-CD11b-APC antibody and anti-CD206-FITC antibody identified AMs and M2, and the percentage of M2 was then determined by flow cytometry. (a) Percentage of M2 subtype in all groups. (b) Representative gates of forwarding and side scatter. (c) Flow cytometry analysis of cell surface markers on alveolar macrophages. Data were represented as , per group. # and ## compared with the blank group, and compared with the IL-4 group.
