Small RNA Sequencing Reveals Differentially Expressed miRNAs in Necrotizing Enterocolitis in Rats

<div>The DE miRNA/mRNA interaction network constructed and visualized using Cytoscape software. Integrated miRNA/mRNA/pathway analysis of potential target mRNAs associated with the upregulated miRNA, rno-miR-27a-5p, and the downregulated miRNA, rno-miR-187-3p.
