Effect of LJP on the ROS contents in cardiomyocytes. ROS of cardiomyocytes was detected by flow cytometry. Cardiomyocytes were incubated with different concentrations of LJP (10, 20, and 40 μg mL-1) for 12 h. Control group was added 100 μL DMEM medium. H2O2 model group was added H2O2 (200 μmol L-1) 100 μL. Then, the ROS contents in cardiomyocytes were determined. The results are expressed as ().
