SRCIN1 Regulated by circCCDC66/miR-211 Is Upregulated and Promotes Cell Proliferation in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

<div>circCCDC66 targeted miR-211 and knockdown circCCDC66 suppresses cell proliferation in NSCLC. (a, b) Knockdown of circCCDC66 suppressed circCCDC66 levels and induced expression of miR-211. (c, d) miR-211 suppressed the luciferase activity of cells containing circCCDC66 sequences. (e) Overexpression of miR-211 in cells reduced circCCDC66 expression.
