Minocycline Induces Autophagy and Inhibits Cell Proliferation in LPS-Stimulated THP-1 Cells

(a) THP-1 cells were preincubated with 5 μm BAY11-7082 for 1 h followed by 1 μg/ml LPS for the indicated time. NF-κB and phospho-NF-κB were assessed by western blotting.
