Characterization of Putative Virulence Factors of <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Strain RBS Isolated from a Saltern, Tunisia: Effect of Metal Ion Cofactors on the Structure and the Activity of LasB

<div>Effect of antibiotics on (a) swimming and (b) swarming of <i>P. aeruginosa</i> RBS cells. Tetracycline, kanamycin, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, and ampicillin were added at different concentrations to swimming and swarming agar media to determine their effect on motility. Growth was normalized to the control grown without antibiotic. Data are expressed as plate coverage percentage.
