Characterization of Putative Virulence Factors of <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Strain RBS Isolated from a Saltern, Tunisia: Effect of Metal Ion Cofactors on the Structure and the Activity of LasB

<div>Influence of temperature (a) and pH (b) on the activity of recombinant LasB. The temperature profile was determined by assaying enzyme activity at different temperature values ranging from 30 to 80°C. The pH optimum profile was determined at 40°C in different buffers.
