miR-155 downregulation enhanced viability, invasion, and migration of OGD/R-treated SH-SY5Y cells and constrained apoptosis by targeting MafB. (a) Viability of OGD/R-treated SH-SY5Y cells transfected with anti-miR-155 alone or in combination with sh-MafB was measured by MTT assays. (b) The rates of apoptosis in OGD/R-treated SH-SY5Y cells with the indicated treatments were determined by flow cytometry assay at 48 h. (c) The cells invasion ability was determined with Transwell assay at 48 h. (d) The cells migration capacity was detected through wound healing assay at 0 and 48 h .
