LHPP Inhibits the Proliferation and Metastasis of Renal Cell Carcinoma

<div>LHPP inhibits the proliferation of RCC cells. (a) The qRT-PCR assay was conducted to detect the expression of LHPP in RCC cells transfected with pcDNA3.1-LHPP. (b) Overexpression of LHPP slowed down the growth cure of RCC cells. (c) The qRT-PCR assay was conducted to detect the expression of LHPP in RCC cells transfected with shRNA-LHPP. (d) The silence of LHPP accelerated the growth cure of RCC cells. (e) Increased expression of LHPP inhibited the proliferation of RCC cells.
