(e) Frequency analysis of differentially expressed genes from enriched signaling pathway; (f) Venn diagram comparison of the genes which were regulated by WHT in the same direction by regulators from the mechanism network of genistein and opposite direction by regulators from the mechanism network of H2O2 by an upstream regulator analysis tool of IPA.
