Germacrone inhibits ESCC cell proliferation. (a, b) Eca109 and EC9706 cells were treated with 0, 7.5, 15, 22.5, 30, 37.5, and 45 μg/mL of germacrone for 12, 24, and 48 h (c) Eca109, EC9706, and normal Het-1A cells were treated with 0, 7.5, 15, 22.5, 30, 37.5, and 45 μg/mL of germacrone for 48 h. The inhibition rates and IC₅₀ values were determined by MTT assay. Data were presented as means ± SD (n = 3).
