Iridoid glycosides attenuated apoptosis in DSS-induced colitis. The effect of different doses of IG on apoptosis in DSS-induced colitis was assessed by TUNEL staining. Apoptosis index scores of each group were evaluated. IG treatment significantly attenuated apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. The scale bar is 50 μm.
