Repairing and Analgesic Effects of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell Transplantation in Mice with Spinal Cord Injury

<div>Expression of IL-6, TNF-<i>α</i>, and GDNF in the spinal cord tissue of each group. Two weeks after hUC-MSC transplantation, the levels of IL-6, TNF-<i>α</i>, and GDNF in the spinal cord of each group were detected by ELISA. Compared to the model group, the expression of IL-6 and TNF-<i>α</i> in hUC-MSCs was significantly decreased while that of GDNF was significantly increased (all <span class="nowrap"><svg
