MiR-374b-5p Regulates T Cell Differentiation and Is Associated with rEg.P29 Immunity
Naive CD4+ T cells were activated with plate-bound anti-CD3 (1 μg/ml) and anti-CD28 (1 μg/ml) in the presence of transfected mmu-miR-374b-5p inhibitors in vitro. 48 hours later, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-12a, IL-4, IL-10, IL-17A, and FOXP3 mRNA expressions was analyzed by quantitative qRT-PCR.
