Inhibition of Wilms’ Tumor Proliferation and Invasion by Blocking TGF-β Receptor I in the TGF-β/Smad Signaling Pathway

TGF-β receptor I (TβRI) inhibitor suppressed WT growth in vivo. (a) Representative macroscopic findings of Wilms’ tumor. Two tumor-bearing mice from the control group died at day 65 after treatment.
