Platelet-Rich Plasma Combined with Alendronate Reduces Pain and Inflammation in Induced Osteoarthritis in Rats by Inhibiting the Nuclear Factor-Kappa B Signaling Pathway

<div>PRP combined with ALN inhibited inhibits NF-<i>κ</i>B signaling pathway in osteoarthritis (OA) rats. The protein expression of NF-<i>κ</i>B signaling pathway-related proteins (p-p65, p65, I<i>κ</i>B<i>α</i>, and p-I<i>κ</i>B<i>α</i>) in the cartilage of rats was determined by Western blot. <svg
