Changes in community diversity of the intestinal microbiota two weeks after intragastric administration of 3DG, for each group. ACE (a), Chao (b), Shannon (c), and Simpson (d) indices of α-diversity were compared between NC and 3DG-treated rats. Statistical testing showed no significant difference for ACE, Chao, Shannon, and Simpson indices. β-Diversity analysis including Principal Coordinates Analysis (PCoA) (e) and nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) (f) performed with Jaccard dissimilarity of the OTU abundance.
