AHNAK2 Is Associated with Poor Prognosis and Cell Migration in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Detection of AHNAK2 protein and mRNA levels. (a) The analysis of AHNAK2 protein level in CPTAC-LUAD demonstrated that compared with normal tissues, AHNAK2 was highly expressed in tumor samples (, , ). (b) In the TCGA-LUAD and GTEx-LUNG cohorts, the mRNA levels of AHNAK2 were significantly upregulated in tumor tissues (, , ). (c) In GEO (GSE72094, GSE26939) and GTEx-LUNG datasets, the mRNA expression levels of AHNAK2 were also found upregulated in ADC tissues (, , ). (d) Oncomine database showed that AHNAK2 was significantly overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma.
