BASP1 overexpression inhibited the migration and invasion in AGS and HGC-27 cells. (a) Transwell assay showed that BASP1 overexpression significantly suppressed the migration of AGS and HGC-27 cells. (b) Transwell assay also revealed that BASP1 overexpression markedly inhibited the invasion of AGS and HGC-27 cells. (c) Western blot analysis revealed that BASP1 overexpression significantly reduced the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in AGS and HGC-27 cells. vs. the Control and pcDNA3.1-NC groups.
