The postoperative change of C2-7 SVA tended to be greater than preoperative values in both age groups. In the older group, C2-7 SVA and T1 slope-CL were significantly changed postoperatively ( and , respectively). In the younger group, C2-7 SVA and T1 slope were significantly changed ( and ).
