MicroRNA-361-5p Inhibits Tumorigenesis and the EMT of HCC by Targeting Twist1

<div>miR-361-5p inhibits HCC cell migration and invasion. Transwell assay was used to measure the migration and invasion ability of the Hep3B (a, d), HepG2 (b, e), and MHCC-97H (c, f) cells transfected with miR-361-5p mimics or miR-361-5p inhibitors.
