The increased autophagy in HTR-8/SVneo cocultured with conditioned media with ULBP1 is mediated by TNF-α. (a, b) The expression of LC3-II/LC3-I was significantly increased and P62 was significantly decreased in the conditioned media with the ULBP1 group (every two groups have significant difference). Following the addition of the anti-TNF-α neutralizing antibody to uNK cell culture supernatants with ULBP1, levels of LC3-II/I were significantly decreased and P62 was significantly increased compared to the conditioned media with the ULBP1 group (every two groups have significant difference).
