Deletion of Bmal1 Impairs Pancreatic β-Cell Function via Mitochondrial Signaling Pathway

Bmal1 deficiency impaired glucose-stimulated insulin secretion in INS-1 cells. INS-1 cells were incubated with or without Bmal1 inhibition. Insulin concentration was detected by the ELISA method.
