ciRS-7 Promotes the Proliferation and Migration of Papillary Thyroid Cancer by Negatively Regulating the miR-7/Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Axis

<div>The expression of ciRS-7 in PTC. The expression of ciRS-7 in 17 pairs of matched PTC tissues and adjacent normal tissues was measured by qRT-PCR (a). The expression of ciRS-7 in PTC cell (TPC-1 and BCPAP) and human thyroid epithelial cell line Nthy-ori3-1 was measured by qRT-PCR (b). The expression of ciRS-7 was knocked down by transfection of ciRS-7-siRNA and verification by qRT-PCR.
