Dexmedetomidine Directs T Helper Cells toward Th1 Cell Differentiation via the STAT1-T-Bet Pathway

Dexmedetomidine induces Th1 cell differentiation in CD4+ T cells. CD4+ T cells were incubated with anti-CD3/CD28 and rIL-2 for 3 days. Then, different concentrations of dexmedetomidine (0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 nM) were added to stimulate CD4+ T cells for another 24 hours.
