Sirt-1 Regulates Physiological Process and Exerts Protective Effects against Oxidative Stress

<div>Sirt-1 regulates p53 acetylation at 382 amino acids (aa) and thus transcriptionally regulates p21. (a) Acetylation at 120 aa and 382 aa was detected by western blot. (b) Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed after inhibiting acetylation by adding EX527.
