Gentiopicroside Produces Endothelium-Independent Vasodilation by Deactivating the PI3K/Akt/Rho-Kinase Pathway in Isolated Rat Thoracic Aorta

<div>Effects of GPS (20, 80, and 160 <i>μ</i>M) on the fluorescence intensity of vascular smooth muscle A7r5 cells stimulated using 1 <i>μ</i>M PE-2.5 mM CaCl<sub>2</sub> in Ca<sup>2+</sup>-free Krebs solution or 100 mM KCl in Krebs solution.
