Mitophagy Impairment Aggravates Cisplatin-Induced Ototoxicity

Knockdown of Parkin and BNIP3 enhances the reduction in HEI-OC1 cell viability following cisplatin (CP) treatment and reduces the expression of mitophagy-associated proteins.
