NaHS Alleviated Cell Apoptosis and Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Remote Lung Tissue after Renal Ischemia and Reperfusion via Nrf2 Activation-Mediated NLRP3 Pathway Inhibition

<div>Sodium hydrosulfide hydrate (NaHS) alleviated cell apoptosis in the lung tissue after renal ischemia reperfusion (RIR) in wild-type (WT) and NF-E2-related factor 2 knockout (Nrf2<sup>-/-</sup>) mice. Fluorescence images were taken (a), and the percentage of TUNEL-positive apoptotic cells (b) was measured by TUNEL assay. The lung tissue was stained via H&amp;E ((h), ×400). The expression levels of Bax and Bcl-2 were measured by western blot (c). The quantifications of Bax and Bcl-2 are shown as bar graphs (d).
