[Retracted] N-Acetylcysteine Improves Inflammatory Response in COPD Patients by Regulating Th17/Treg Balance through Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1<i>α</i> Pathway

<div>NAC significantly decreased HIF1-<i>α</i> expression of Th17 and Treg cells isolated from peripheral blood of COPD patients. Inflammation-pathway array, western-blot, and qRT-PCR revealed the decreased expression of HIF1-<i>α</i> in Th17 and Treg cells in the NAC control group.
