[Retracted] N-Acetylcysteine Improves Inflammatory Response in COPD Patients by Regulating Th17/Treg Balance through Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α Pathway

NAC significantly decreased HIF1-α expression of Th17 and Treg cells isolated from peripheral blood of COPD patients. Inflammation-pathway array, western-blot, and qRT-PCR revealed the decreased expression of HIF1-α in Th17 and Treg cells in the NAC control group. (; ; ).
