Impact of Albendazole on Cytokine and Chemokine Response Profiles in <i>Echinococcus multilocularis</i>-Inoculated Mice

<div>Plasma concentration of chemokines in different groups. The plasma level of eotaxin and MCP-3 in the AE-infected groups was lower than that in the control groups while the plasma level of MCP-1 and MIP-1b performed adversely.
