The Combination of Zerumbone and 5-FU: A Significant Therapeutic Strategy in Sensitizing Colorectal Cancer Cells to Treatment

<div>Synergistic effect of ZER and 5-FU on survivin protein level in HCT-116 (a) and SW48 (b) cells. Semiquantitative evaluation of protein level by western blotting analysis showed lower intensity of survivin band in the treated cells compared with the control groups at the optimum time (24 h in HCT-116 and 72 h in SW48 cell lines).
