The Combination of Zerumbone and 5-FU: A Significant Therapeutic Strategy in Sensitizing Colorectal Cancer Cells to Treatment

<div>The inhibitory effect of ZER, 5-FU, and 5-FU+ZER on colony formation of (a) HCT-116 and (b) SW48 cells. In both cell lines, the number of colonies in the treated group showed a significant decrease compared to the control group with the exception of the 5-FU-treated group in SW48 cells. <span
