GO term enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs), with the 30 top terms obtained by GO enrichment. Gene classification was based on Gene Ontology for DEGs in the ileums of high-body weight (H) and low-body weight (L) ducks. The -axis represents GO terms, and the -axis represents the cluster frequency of the DEGs. The top 30 GO terms included 26 terms for biological process and 4 terms for molecular function.
