F1012-2 Induced ROS-Mediated DNA Damage Response through Activation of MAPK Pathway in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

<div>F1012-2 induces ROS overproduction in MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells. (a) After treatment with F1012-2, the cells were stained with DCFH-DA, and the fluorescence was analyzed by flow cytometry. (b) The cells were pretreated with NAC (5 mM) for 2 h and then incubated with F1012-2.
